In re: The Guardianship of Loren Stamm v. Crowley,

The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded due to the erroneous admission of guardian ad litem testimony. In re Stamm, 121 Wn. App. 830, 91 P.3d 126 (2004).
Mr. Stamm was released from guardianship a short time thereafter. He continues to live with his wife in Kenmore, Washington.
